On the money: Neel-Schaffer to design and build it right

Neel-Schaffer provided civil and structural engineering design services and construction phase services to Robertson Bank for a the construction of a new branch building in Northport.

An existing parking lot was modified to elevate the building for drainage purposes. Asphalt pavement and curb was installed to tie the site back into the existing parking lot.

Neel-Schaffer provided site grading and erosion control plans, water improvements, and sanitary sewer improvements, to include an onsite sewer pump station.

Structural engineering services included structural design and plan preparation for the wood-framed structure and foundation system, in addition to construction phase observation.
