The Neel-Schaffer Student Summer Internship Program is a paid, structured opportunity for college students to gain valuable industry experience in various departments and locations around the Southeast.
The program content is a blend of technical training and on-the-job experiences, which include working hand-in-hand on major projects with experienced professionals. The program is designed to give interns the opportunity to explore the industry, and prepare them for careers in engineering.
Our interns are assigned a Coach who collaborates with them throughout the program to provide guidance and support on different aspects of their engagement. Several Neel-Schaffer interns have landed full-time employment with the firm upon graduation from college.
