Melinda McGrath, PE, manages our Central Region, which is comprised of 18 offices that blanket the state of Mississippi. The Region is divided into North Mississippi, Central Mississippi, and South Mississippi.

Kevin Stafford, PE, manages our North Mississippi operation, working out of our Columbus office. North Mississippi offices also include Southaven, Starkville, and West Point.

Keith O’Keefe, PE, manages our Central Mississippi offices, which include Jackson, Ridgeland, Madison, Brandon, Meridian, and Vicksburg.

Steve Twedt, PE, manages our South Mississippi operation, which includes Biloxi, Gulfport, Bay St. Louis, Pascagoula, Hattiesburg, McComb, and Laurel.

Rosemary Aldridge, PE, heads up the Telecom Group and leads Neel-Schaffer’s Complete Communities Group.
