Central Region

Melinda McGrath, PE, manages our Central Region, which is comprised of 20 offices in Mississippi, four in Louisiana and one in Arkansas. The Region is divided into North Mississippi, Central Mississippi, South Mississippi, Louisiana, and Arkansas.

Central Mississippi

Melinda also manages the Central Mississippi Offices of Jackson, Ridgeland, Madison, Brandon, and Vicksburg. Keith O’Keefe, PE, David Bowman, PE, and Jeff Altman, PE, lead the Central Region marketing, business development and client relations efforts. Other Central Region leaders include Senior VP Keith Purvis, PE, Transportation/Civil Operations; VP Cindy Rich, PE, Structures; Phillip Gibson, PE, Water/Wastewater; and Sarah McEwen, PE, Hydraulics/Hydrology.

North Mississippi

Kevin Stafford, PE, manages our North Mississippi operation, working out of our Columbus office. North Mississippi offices also include DeSoto County, Starkville, West Point, and Oxford. South Mississippi

Steve Twedt, PE, manages our South Mississippi operation, which includes Biloxi, Gautier, Gulfport, Hancock County, Hattiesburg, McComb, Meridian, Laurel, Natchez, and Pascagoula. Clay Jones serves as Business Development Coordinator for South Mississippi.

Louisiana

Nick Ferlito, PE, PTOE, serves as Louisiana Operations Manager, based in the Baton Rouge Office. Other Louisiana offices include Lafayette, New Orleans, and Mandeville. Other Louisiana-based leaders include Senior Vice President Vijay Kunada, PE, PTOE, PTP, Engineer Manager for the Lafayette Office and firm-wide Transportation Planning Lead; Vice President Don Lancaster, PE, Engineer Manager for the New Orleans and Mandeville offices; and Dishili Young, PE, PTOE, Engineer Manager for Louisiana Transportation Design Services.

Arkansas

Jamie Collins, PE, serves as the Arkansas Operations Manager, based in Little Rock.

Telecom, Environmental and Complete Communities Group

Albert Wilson heads up the Telecom Group, based in the Ridgeland Office. Tyler Berry manages our Mississippi Environmental Science Group in Ridgeland, and Landscape Architect Lead Russ Bryan, ASLA, from the Hattiesburg Office leads the firm-wide Complete Communities Group.
