Keith joined Neel-Schaffer in 1994 and has more than 30 years of engineering experience on numerous municipal, county, state, federal and private commercial projects.

Based in the firm’s Jackson (MS) office, Keith is a Senior Vice President and serves as the firm’s Central Mississippi Area Manager, overseeing five Central Mississippi offices and managing a staff of more than 100 technical professionals in a wide array of engineering disciplines.

In addition to his current management role, Keith has served as a Project Engineer and Project Manager during his 26 years with Neel-Schaffer, leading many large development projects.

He recently led Neel-Schaffer’s services in the dual project to bring a new youth baseball complex and an 8,500-seat amphitheater to the City of Brandon (MS), with a price tag in excess of $20 million.

He managed the MS 463 reconstruction and bridge project for the Mississippi Department of Transportation in the City of Madison (MS), and has managed many other high-profile projects, including more than $100 million of site work for the construction of the Golden Moon Casino in Choctaw, and related commercial development for the Mississippi Band of Choctaw Indians. Keith also managed the $25 million Popp’s Ferry Road reconstruction project for the City of Biloxi. These were very complex projects with tight deadlines and involved managing and coordinating multiple disciplines and stakeholders.

Keith served as the State Aid Engineer for the Madison County Board of Supervisors from 2005-2008 and is the current County Engineer for Warren County, MS.
