Chamar joined Neel-Schaffer in 2011 serves as a Human Resources Recruiter based in the firm’s Madison (MS) office.
Chamar holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering and served as an Engineer for 11 years. He transitioned in 2023 to his current role, where he assists in talent acquisition for the firm, building on his passion for STEM education and introducing the next generation of engineers, geologists, and scientists to the consulting engineer world.
Chamar is a member of the Madison County (MS) Schools Education Foundation and serves as the Chair of the Engineering Academy for Madison Central High School. He was selected by the Madison County Business League & Foundation to participate in the 2022 Madison County Executive Leadership Class, and he is a member of the Mississippi Economic Council’s Leadership Mississippi Class of 2023.
