Services for the $11.4 million project provided by Neel-Schaffer included structural design and analysis for the primary structural systems, including the foundation system.

Neel-Schaffer prepared AutoCAD structural drawings and structural specifications as required for bidding and construction by others. Construction phase services included review of structural shop drawings and site visits as required to determine general conformance with project requirements.
