Chris Sellers, PE, is an Executive Vice President and manages Neel-Schaffer’s East Region, operating from the company’s office in Birmingham, AL.

The Region includes three offices in Tennessee (Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Chattanooga), two in Alabama (Birmingham and Mobile), one in Georgia (Atlanta), one in South Carolina (Columbia), and three in Florida (Chipley, Maitland, and Tallahassee).

Vice President Matt Lifsey, PE, DBIA, serves as Business Development Director for South Carolina, Georgia and North Carolina. Vice President Philip Sandel, PE, DBIA, leads the South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia operations. Vice President Richard Sullivan, PE, manages the Tennessee offices; Vice President Lance Taylor, PE, leads the Alabama operations; and Vice President Steve Cockerham, PE, leads our Central Florida operations.
