Brownfield Assessment & Redevelopment

A Brownfield is defined as, under certain legal exclusions and additions, real property, the expansion, redevelopment or reuse of which may be complicated by the presence or potential presence of a hazardous substance, pollutant, or contaminant.  Neel-Schaffer’s Environmental Services professionals can provide Brownfield services to communities to assess, safely clean up and plan for the reuse of these properties.
