Neel-Schaffer’s Carter receives Birmingham Distinguished Service Award

Theresa Carter, PE, a Transportation Engineer/Project Manager in Neel-Schaffer’s Birmingham (AL) office, received the prestigious Distinguished Service Award from the Engineering Council of Birmingham in 2018.

Carter, who has worked for Neel-Schaffer since 1999, was nominated for the award by the Birmingham chapter of the Society of Women Engineers, based on her continued service to the SWE, her church, and in her community.
