Neel-Schaffer has extensive experience in corridor studies, inventories, travel demand modeling, and long-range transportation plans.

In 2015, working for the Mississippi Department of Transportation, our firm completed a long-ranged transportation plan aimed at cataloging the Magnolia State’s transportation needs through 2040. We have over 25 years of experience and have completed more than 40 transportation plans and modeling projects for state DOTs, Metropolitan Planning Organizations, and local governments in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee, and Texas.

Our engineers are experienced in the use of TransCAD, CUBE-Voyager, and CUBE-TranPlan.

We can provide environmental studies and surveys, and we provide outstanding community outreach and public participation services.
