Vice President/Business Development - Texas
Steve joined Neel-Schaffer in 2022 and serves as Vice
President/Business Development for the firm’s Texas operations.
Based in the firm’s San Antonio office, Steve has nearly 30 years of experience in completing numerous projects in all aspects of civil engineering, from drainage analysis and design, to capital project development, and disaster recovery.
For Neel-Schaffer, Steve focuses primarily on business
development in the Texas Region, which includes Neel-Schaffer
offices in Arlington, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio.
Steve has worked in a business development role since 2007.
Prior to that, he worked for several consulting firms in a variety
of roles and disciplines, including Drainage, Water/Wastewater,
Roadway, Land Development, Foundation Design, and Surveying.
