Engineer Manager/H&H Lead for Houston
Manwar joined Neel-Schaffer in 2022 and serves as the Senior Engineer Manager and Hydraulics and Hydrology Discipline leader for the firm’s Houston office.
Manwar is one of nine Certified Floodplain Managers in the firm and has more than 25 years of experience in a wide variety of engineering disciplines, including transportation design-build projects, basin scale hydrology and hydraulics, transportation drainage, land development, storm water management, water supply, water quality, and groundwater analysis.
Manwar is experienced in using the following Hydrology and Hydraulic Models: HEC-HMS, HEC-RAS (1D and 2D), EPA-SWMM, XPSWMM (1D and 2D), HY-8, CulvertMaster, and GeoPak Drainage.
Manwar also has experience using Microstation, ArcGIS (ArcMap and ArcGIS Pro, and he holds Texas Department of Transportation Pre-Certification status in the following categories: 10.1.1, 10.2.1, 10.3.1, 10.4.1, and 10.5.1.
