Justin joined Neel-Schaffer in 2009 and now serves as the firm’s Georgia Engineer Manager, focused on Operations and Business Development throughout Georgia. He is based in the firm’s Atlanta Office and in 2026 was was promoted to a Senior Vice President role in the firm.
Justin had over 20 years of experience as a Structural Engineer and Project Manager before transitioning into a management role. He holds PE registrations in Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Virginia, and Washington.
Additionally, he is DBIA certified through the Design-Build Institute of America. According to the DBIA website, certification “provides the only measurable standard by which to judge one’s knowledge of Design-Build Done Right.”
