Joshua Stump, PE
Aviation Engineer/Project Manager
Joshua joined Neel-Schaffer in 1999 and has more than 20 years of experience in a wide variety of engineering fields.
Working out of the firm’s Birmingham (AL) office, Josh is a registered PE in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, and Mississippi. He has served as an Aviation Design Engineer since 2009, leading the design and preparation of plans and specifications for construction of current and new projects, and assisting with the management of current projects during construction.
Joshua also has extensive experience in the design of sewer systems, pump stations and railroads. His responsibilities have included coordinating the CADD production and organizational aspects of the construction documents and specifications for storm sewer systems and wastewater projects, including pump station facilities and sanitary sewer system projects. He also is proficient in the design and layout of storm sewer systems, sanitary sewer systems, and pump station facilities.
