Graham Legate, PE, DBIA
Vice President, Construction Management Practice Leader
Graham rejoined Neel-Schaffer in 2016 and has 15 years of experience as a transportation design engineer, construction engineer, and project manager.
Based in the firm’s Jackson (MS) office, Graham was recently named a Vice President with the firm and promoted to fill a new role as the Construction Management Practice Leader for the company. In this role, Graham is responsible for supporting all operations and business development initiatives for the Construction Management discipline.
Graham is a Registered Professional Engineer in Mississippi, Arkansas, Georgia, Texas, Louisiana, and South Carolina. Additionally, he is DBIA certified through the Design-Build Institute of America. According to the DBIA website, certification “provides the only measurable standard by which to judge one’s knowledge of Design-Build Done Right.” Since returning to Neel-Schaffer, Graham has worked on design-build projects in Louisiana, Georgia, and Tennessee.
Graham has extensive training and knowledge in project CPM scheduling utilizing Primavera P6 and has completed project schedules in Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Georgia.
In addition to being a licensed PE with DBIA certification, Graham holds certifications from the Mississippi Department of Transportation for the following: Storm Water Pollution Prevention, Design and Operation of Work Zone Traffic Control, LPA Process, ADA Training, and Concrete Testing.
