Neel-Schaffer is seeking responses from qualified applicants for the position of Civil Project Manager to join our growing engineering firm. This position will be based in our DeSoto County (MS) Office in Southaven.

As a Civil Project Manager, you will lead and manage municipal, water/wastewater, or site civil engineering projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support other departments as project and client needs evolve. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned professional who thrives in a leadership role and enjoys mentoring junior engineers.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in Mississippi or the ability to obtain within 6 to 12 months, preferred.
• 10 + plus years of experience with technical work and project management in the field of Water/Wastewater, Municipal or Site Civil.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan and conceptualize.
• The ability to produce technical reports and memorandums that are clear, concise, and accurate.
• The ability to communicate effectively during day-to-day interactions with teaming partners, colleagues, and clients.
• Experience with AutoCAD (and/or Civil 3D), and ArcGIS is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
