Minimum Requirements
- BSCE from an ABET-accredited university.
- Licensed Professional Engineer in Tennessee or the ability to obtain your Tennessee PE within 6 months.
- Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE), preferred.
- Experience working on projects for the Tennessee Department of Transportation, preferred.
- 5+ years of experience with progressive traffic/transportation experience.
Ideal candidate will possess the following
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to manage AND assist in the production of design deliverables.
- Proficiency with MicroStation, GIS data visualization or equivalent design platforms.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to plan and conceptualize.
- Excellence in team collaboration and relationship building skills.
