Neel-Schaffer is an Engineering News-Record Top 200 engineering, planning, and construction management firm based in Mississippi, with offices across nine southeastern states. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual looking for career growth. You will be a part of our Engineering team and will assist other teams as project and client demands dictate.

Typical projects include roadways, bridges, coastal restoration, water/wastewater, site improvements, underground utilities, aviation, railroad, and other general civil engineering projects. Basic working knowledge of both AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation with experience using survey files, developing surfaces and corridors preferred but not mandatory.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
• Engineer-in-Training certification or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Strong verbal communication and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with CADD software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Valid driver’s license.
