To meet requirements for all new employees of Neel-Schaffer, I hereby authorize Neel-Schaffer to conduct preemployment drug testing. I also authorize Neel-Schaffer to run a MVR (“Motor Vehicle Record”) report and understand that reported results could affect my driving company vehicles.

I acknowledge and understand that, if employed by the firm, my employment and all terms and conditions of that employment are for an indefinite duration and are at the absolute will and pleasure of the firm. If employed, I acknowledge and understand that any writings relating to the terms and conditions of my employment are unilateral policies, procedures, statements, explanations and instructions, and lack any mutuality whatsoever unless a written employment contract is executed by me and the President of the firm.

I further acknowledge and understand that the firm has the unilateral right, at any time and for any reason, to make changes in any such policies, instructions and procedures with or without notice. I further understand and acknowledge that the firm may take any action concerning my employment including termination, with or without cause and with or without notice, at the sole and absolute discretion of the firm. I further understand that no person, other than the President of the firm, whose agreement must be writing, has any authority to enter into any agreement relating to my employment, to enter into any agreement for employment for a specific time or to make any agreement inconsistent with the foregoing, and that the agreement of the President of the firm must be in writing.
