Matthew Horton joins Neel-Schaffer as Water/Wastewater Engineer

JACKSON, Miss. (December 11, 2018) – Neel-Schaffer, Inc., is pleased to announce that Matthew Horton, PE, has joined the firm and will serve as a Water/Wastewater Engineer and Project Manager in the firm’s Jackson office.

Horton has more than 11 years of industry experience, including 10 years working for a national consulting firm in its Jackson office, where he held the titles of Project Manager and Client Service Leader.

“We are very pleased that Matthew has joined our Water and Wastewater group in Jackson,” said Keith O’Keefe, PE, Senior Vice President for Neel-Schaffer’s Central Mississippi operation.  “He will work closely with Phillip Gibson, our leader in that discipline, to help us expand our services to clients across Mississippi and Neel-Schaffer’s entire nine-state footprint.”

Horton is a Registered Professional Engineer in Mississippi. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Master of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Mississippi State University.
