Barry joined Neel-Schaffer in 2006 and has more than 40 years of diversified planning experience in public and private sector consulting.
Barry is based in the firm’s Mandeville (LA) office, where his broad range of transportation project experience includes feasibility studies and environmental document preparation for roadway, passenger, and freight rail and transit projects.
Barry has also managed planning projects involving economic development planning, multi-use trail planning, planning for port facilities, intermodal facilities, and industrial parks, recreation parks and wetlands restoration. Other infrastructure projects include utilities, drainage and hydrology studies.
