City of Hernando, MS Bicycle & PEDESTRIAN Master Plan

Neel-Schaffer developed a citywide Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan for the City of Hernando that now serves as a document that represents the City of Hernando’s commitment to provide safe and affordable mobility, as well as promoting active lifestyles for its residents and visitors.  The plan identified ways to expand current bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure and to make the City more navigable.

City of Sanford, FL Multimodal Connectivity Plan 

Neel-Schaffer developed a Multimodal Connectivity Plan for the City of Sanford’s historic downtown by exploring opportunities that unite those assets with the additional nature-focused attractions across Lake Monroe.  The plan analyzes existing modes of transportation in this thriving community and uncovers potential for unifying the community through transit connections, projects and ideas – including golf carts and water taxis.

Clarksville, TN Metropolitan Planning Area 2045 Metropolitan Transportation Plan

Neel-Schaffer developed a plan that addresses the transportation needs of the Clarksville Metropolitan Planning Area over the next 27 years.  The recommendations of the 2045 MTP are the result of public input, technical analysis, and close coordination between local municipalities, counties, Clarksville Transit System, the Tennessee Department of Transportation, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, and other members of the Clarksville Urbanized Area Metropolitan Planning Organization.
