Neel-Schaffer seeks responses from qualified applicants for the position of CEI Project Manager to work in our Nashville (TN) Office. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in managing a wide variety of construction-related projects. These projects primarily include general civil site or transportation systems (roadways, bridges, box bridges, parking lots, pedestrian pathways, etc.). Project Management and construction experience is required.

Education and/or Experience
- Construction Management or related degree; Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, preferred.
- Possess a demonstrated knowledge of construction techniques, TDOT & Municipal specifications and documents, TDOT Local Programs experience
Experience leading and managing CEI staff/inspection team, preferred
Strong verbal communication and analytical skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- Valid driver’s license.
