JACKSON, Miss. (January 7, 2025) –Neel-Schaffer is pleased to announce the appointment of Daniel Marks, PE, as a Senior Project Manager with the firm’s Louisiana Transportation Group.

Daniel has more than a decade of experience in transportation engineering and management, including eight years with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development (LaDOTD). He will help manage DOTD and municipal roadway projects for Neel-Schaffer.

Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Louisiana and is a certified ATSSA Traffic Control Supervisor.
