LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (December 12, 2024) – Neel-Schaffer is pleased to announce that Jeff Sharp has joined the Marketing Team as a Proposal Manager, bringing diverse credentials to the growing firm’s recently opened Little Rock office.

Jeff has extensive experience as a marketing professional in the construction industry. In his most recent role, he served as the Creative Director in his firm’s marketing department, where he managed proposals and spearheaded other strategic marketing initiatives.

In his new position at Neel-Schaffer, Jeff will manage proposals and provide graphic design and database management services to support the company’s marketing efforts across its nine-state, 39-office footprint. Additionally, as a certified drone pilot, Jeff will help expand the marketing department’s aerial video and photographic services.

Jeff holds a degree in Graphic Design/Mass Communications from Ouachita Baptist University.
