JACKSON, Miss. (May 25, 2023) – Bonnie Cramer has joined Neel-Schaffer in the new role of Strategic Communications Lead, where she will spearhead strategic creative initiatives to include grant submissions, support for public involvement campaigns, event coordination, and various creative services.
Previously, Cramer dedicated 26 years of her career to the South Carolina Department of Transportation, starting her journey as a Graphic Artist before being appointed to the position of Visual/Digital Director. During her tenure at SCDOT, she received numerous accolades, among them the prestigious SCDOT Employee of the Year award.
At SCDOT, Cramer played a vital role in crafting public relations campaigns and public information initiatives, in addition to overseeing video campaigns and photo shoots. She also collaborated with the South Carolina Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Office, contributing to a federal program that aimed to empower disadvantaged and women-owned businesses with effective marketing strategies.

Cramer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Georgia Institute of Technology and an Associate degree in Art Direction from the Portfolio Center.
