MOBILE, Ala. (April 2, 2018) – Neel-Schaffer, Inc., is pleased to announce that Kirby Latham, PE, has joined the firm and will serve as a Senior Project Manager in the Mobile office.
Latham has more than 20 years of experience as a design engineer and project manager for transportation and water/wastewater projects. He has extensive experience in the design of roadways, bridges, and utilities, as well as bridge inspections, and construction engineering for multiple clients. His clients include the Alabama Department of Transportation, Mobile and Baldwin County, the City of Mobile, the City of Saraland, the Alabama State Port Authority, the Mobile Area Water & Sewer System, and other municipalities and agencies.
“I have known Kirby for over 20 years and I am looking forward to him being a part of our Mobile office team,” said John Murphy, Jr., PE, Vice President for Neel-Schaffer’s Mobile office. “He will provide additional engineering and project management expertise and will be a great addition to the services we provide for our clients.

Latham is a Registered Professional Engineer in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida. He holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of South Alabama.
