COLUMBIA, S.C. (May 3, 2017) – Neel-Schaffer, Inc., is pleased to announce that Charles Eleazer, PE, has joined the firm and will manage our Construction Engineering & Inspection work in South Carolina, working out of the Columbia office, located at 1320 Main Street.
Eleazer has nearly three decades of experience, including 27 with the South Carolina Department of Transportation. His responsibilities for Neel-Schaffer will be coordination of all CE&I work in South Carolina and surrounding areas.
He has extensive experience in providing CE&I services for a wide variety of construction projects, including roadways, bridges, ports, and railroad. From 2007-2015, he served as the State Construction Engineer for SCDOT, providing high-level management of statewide construction.

Eleazer is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of South Carolina. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Clemson University.
