Clare brings a wealth of planning experience
to Neel-Schaffer

Patti Clare BG CroppedLOUISVILLE, Ky. (October 20, 2015) – Neel-Schaffer, Inc., is pleased to announce that Patti Clare has joined the firm in Louisville as a Senior Planner and will work in a consulting role with various planning agencies across the state.

“Patti is a strong advocate for sustainable land use and transportation planning, which she has encompassed in various projects and downtown plans,” said Karen Mohammadi, the Engineer Manager for Neel-Schaffer’s Louisville office. “Patti brings a wealth of knowledge in the areas of funding, project management, and program management.”

With over 30 years of planning experience, Clare is no stranger to Louisville. She co-authored the 1990 Louisville Downtown Development Plan, was a contributor to the 2002 Downtown Development Plan, and served as a project lead on the Move Louisville Plan and the pending launch of Louisville Bikeshare. More recently, in her role with Metro Louisville Office of Advance Planning, she was the project manager for large planning projects such as Louisville Slugger Field, the Louisville Downtown Marriott, and Fourth Street Live.

“I am excited to join Neel-Schaffer’s Louisville office and look forward to both contributing to and helping grow urban planning work in Kentucky and beyond,” said Clare.
