Dinardo joins Neel-Schaffer Biloxi office as
Project Manager

Neel-Schaffer is pleased to announce that Janis Dinardo, PE, has joined the firm as a Project Manager and will work out of Neel-Schaffer’s Biloxi office.

Dinardo has nearly 13 years of experience as an environmental and civil engineer. She has worked in the Gulf Coast area for nearly 10 years, moving to Mississippi in September of 2005 to assist her former employer with Hurricane Katrina damage assessments and other assignments.

Dinardo’s area of expertise is environmental engineering, with a focus on water and sewer projects. She has designed many major infrastructure projects for cities across the Mississippi Gulf Coast and will handle the same kind of assignments for Neel-Schaffer.

“We are pleased to have Janis as part of our Neel-Schaffer team,” said Steve Twedt, a Neel-Schaffer Vice President who manages the firm’s South Mississippi operations. “She is a very talented engineer and brings a wealth of experience.”

Dinardo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston.
