Chris Sellers, PE, is an Executive Vice President and manages Neel-Schaffer’s East Region, operating from the company’s office in Birmingham, AL.

The Region includes three offices in Tennessee (Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Chattanooga), three in Alabama (Birmingham, Mobile, and Huntsville), one in Georgia (Atlanta), one in South Carolina (Columbia), and two in Florida (Chipley and Tallahassee).

Senior VP Matt Lifsey, PE, DBIA, leads our South Carolina and North Carolina operations. Senior VP Justin Wood, PE, DBIA, oversees Georgia operations as Georgia Engineer Manager.

Mike Biggs, PE, is our Tennessee Operations Manager. Senior VP Richard Sullivan, PE, Assoc. DBIA, serves as Business Development Lead for the state, while VP Whitney Summers is the Business Development Manager for Tennessee operations. Senior VP Lance Taylor, PE, leads the Alabama operations, and Senior VP Craig Wyatt, PE, serves as North Florida Area Manager.
