Chris Sellers, PE, is an Executive Vice President and manages Neel-Schaffer’s East Region, operating from the company’s office in Birmingham, AL.

The Region includes three offices in Tennessee (Nashville, Murfreesboro, and Chattanooga), three in Alabama (Birmingham, Mobile, and Huntsville), one in Georgia (Atlanta), one in South Carolina (Columbia), and two in Florida (Chipley and Tallahassee).

Senior Vice President Philip Sandel, PE, DBIA, leads our South Carolina and North Carolina operations. Vice President Justin Wood, PE, DBIA, oversees Georgia operations as Georgia Engineer Manager. Senior Vice President Matt Lifsey, PE, DBIA, serves as East Region Pursuit Manager. .

Mike Biggs, PE, is our Tennessee Operations Manager. Senior Vice President Richard Sullivan, PE, Assoc. DBIA, serves as Business Development Lead for the state, while Vice President Whitney Summers is the Business Development Manager for Tennessee operations. Senior Vice President Lance Taylor, PE, leads the Alabama operations, and Vice President Craig Wyatt, PE, serves as Florida Panhandle Area Manager.
