DALLAS, Texas (June 9, 2022) – Neel-Schaffer, Inc., is pleased to announce that Gary Enna has joined the firm and will serve as a Senior Project Manager based in the firm’s Dallas office.
Enna has 17 years of municipal experience as a Public Works Director and Assistant Public Works Director in the North Texas area. He recently served as Public Works Director for the City of Rowlett and from 2005-2016 he was the Assistant Director of Public Works for Collin County in McKinney.
Enna has extensive experience in the oversight of municipal projects involving engineering, water, wastewater, streets and roadways, facilities, drainage, and solid waste.
For Neel-Schaffer, he will help manage and support utility and transportation projects while also providing business development services in the North Texas region.

Enna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of North Texas. He has been a member of the American Public Works Association since 2005.
