MAITLAND, Fla. (June 21, 2021) – Neel-Schaffer, Inc., is pleased to announce that Frank Miller, PE, has joined the firm and will serve as a Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager based in the firm’s Maitland office.
Miller has more than 20 years of experience in water and wastewater systems planning, design, permitting and construction for municipal and industrial clients
“We are really excited we have added an engineer with Frank’s experience to our staff to help our clients with their water and wastewater infrastructure,” said Rosemary Aldridge, PE, CHMM, Neel-Schaffer’s Florida Operations Manager. “It is a critical time in Florida when cities are making major improvements to add more reclaimed water availability, develop other water sources and improved treatment processes, and look at sustainability and resilience issues. Frank will definitely add value to the firm in those areas.”
Miller is a Registered Professional Engineer in Florida, Georgia, and Louisiana. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering, earning each at the University of Central Florida in Orlando.
