NASHVILLE, Tenn. (June 14, 2021) – Neel-Schaffer, Inc., is pleased to announce that Chip Greene has joined the firm and will serve as Construction Services Manager for the Middle Tennessee area.
Greene has more than 20 years of experience overseeing a wide variety of roadway and bridge construction projects. He has served as the contractor’s Project Manager for numerous Tennessee Department of Transportation projects, building strong relationships with officials from TDOT and many municipalities across Middle Tennessee.

DBIA, Neel-Schaffer’s Tennessee Operations Manager. “Chip’s experience in the construction industry from both the contractor’s and consultant’s perspective will serve him well in his role as Construction Services Manager, where he is responsible for the firm’s Construction Engineering and Inspection services in Middle Tennessee.

Greene holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology from Murray State University.
