Neel-Schaffer, a leader in water and wastewater engineering, is providing design services for the construction of the 1.25-Million Gallon Composite Elevated Tank on Main Street in Rowlett, TX.  The new 215-foot tall tank will serve the upper pressure plane of the city’s water system.

The water tank is scheduled for completion in the summer of 2015.

This is the 28th water tank Neel-Schaffer (or its predecessor firm, Cheatham & Associates) has helped design and bring online since 1986.
