Tommy Foster, PE
Tommy joined Neel-Schaffer in 2017 and has more than a decade of experience as a transportation engineer. A Licensed Professional Engineer in Texas, he will work out of the firm’s Arlington (TX) office.
Tommy’s experience includes two years with the Texas Department of Transportation. He has been involved in all aspects of roadway design and construction management, including interstates, highways, bridges, interchanges, traffic control, and multi-use trails and paths.
Tommy’s design-build experience includes projects such as the Chisolm Trail Parkway and the $1.2 billion Grand Parkway (SH 99), a 184-mile highway that when completed will loop around the City of Houston and be the longest beltway in the U.S.
