Richard Taylor, CFM
Richard joined Neel-Schaffer in 2010 and has 25 years of experience in the fields of water resources and storm water management.
Richard works in the firm’s Nashville (TN) office, where his responsibilities include watershed analysis, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, FIS studies, bridge replacements, and all types of FEMA applications (CLOMR/No-Rise/LOMR/LOMA, etc.). He also performs analysis and design of storm water infrastructure and flood control structures.
He is very familiar with FEMA National Flood Insurance Program Regulations; and he is one of five ASFPM Certified Floodplain Managers (CFM) in the company. He is proficient in the latest hydrologic and hydraulic computer models, including GIS-based applications for hydrologic and hydraulic modeling.
