Paul joined SoilTech in 2009 and has over 40 years of experience.
With degrees from the University of Michigan (BS, Civil Engineering), Mississippi State University (Masters, Civil Engineering), and the University of Delaware (Doctorate, Civil Engineering), Paul brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his position as a geotechnical engineer for Neel-Schaffer subsidiary SoilTech.
Paul’s experience includes a 30-year stint with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where he investigated problems related to physical and mathematical modeling of materials and material behavior, development and modification of soil testing procedures and equipment, liquefaction and stability of cohesionless masses, residual behavior of clay shales, dredge materials and modeling of flow of dredge materials through a dredge pipe, and the storage, dewatering and disposal of soft, high water content sludges.
