Mike Radford, PE
Senior Project Engineer
Mike joined Neel-Schaffer in 2009 and has more than 10 years of experience in design and construction engineering and inspection for sidewalks, roadway lighting, utilities, landfills, stormwater modeling and permitting, and water and wastewater treatment facilities.
Mike serves as the Project Coordinator for the 5-year, statewide FDOT curve assessment and signing project, coordinating with data collection teams, subconsultants, and production staff.
His experience also includes design of solid waste landfill closure and stormwater management systems, leachate storage and pumping systems and solid waste disposal cell base design. He also performed a geological investigation for siting of a nuclear power facility in Lithuania.
Mike has the following certifications: OSHA 10-Hour Safety Training; ADA Design Standards Training; ACI Concrete Transportation; Construction Inspection; FDOT QC Manager; FDOT Advanced MOT; FDOT Financial Estimates 1/11; ACI Concrete Field Testing Tech 1; FDOT Asphalt Paving 1; FEDP Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Inspector.
