Water/Wastewater Engineer - Project Manager
Matthew joined Neel-Schaffer in 2018 and serves as a Water/Wastewater Engineer and Project Manager in the firm’s Jackson (MS) office.
A licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Mississippi, Matthew has more than 11 years of experience and has worked on a wide variety of water and wastewater projects, including wastewater treatment plant design and construction oversight, WWTP and WTP renovations and expansions, and consent decree program management.
His areas of expertise include project management, process mechanical design, performing design calculations, hydraulic analysis, development of comprehensive performance evaluation, regulatory compliance consulting, client services and business development, and development of plans and specifications.
Before joining Neel-Schaffer, he worked for 10 years for a national consulting firm in its Jackson office, where he held the titles of Project Manager and Client Service Leader.
