Geoffrey Crosby, PE
Geoffrey joined Neel-Schaffer in 2007 and has more than a decade of experience in civil engineering projects.
Geoffrey works in the firm’s Hattiesburg (MS) office, where his experience includes the design of street and drainage projects, storm water management systems, potable water supply and distribution systems, and wastewater collection. His responsibilities as a project engineer have included project management from conceptual design through final design. He has been responsible for developing drawings and cost estimations, and the development of contracts, bid documents, and technical specifications.
He has worked on the management of private and publicly funded projects, working with such funding agencies as CDBG, MDOT, FEMA, and NRCS.
