Neel-Schaffer is seeking applications from qualified professionals for the role of Transportation Design Project Manager to lead North Texas (Dallas, Arlington or Fort Worth) area projects. This position will be based in one of our three Metroplex offices, and the employee will be required to be present at the office. Projects this position will be responsible for will primarily be roadway design in the Metroplex.

PROFESSIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
  • Professional Engineer in the State of Texas or ability to obtain within 1 year
  • 10-20 years of progressive transportation design experience
  • Strong verbal communication and analytical skills, and ability to mentor younger staff
  • Proficiency with Microstation and Geopak (or equivalent) design platforms, knowledge of OpenRoads desired
  • Familiarity with TxDOT design standards is desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Valid driver’s license
