Neel-Schaffer has an opportunity for a Survey Crew Leader to join our growing engineering firm. This position is based in our Arlington, TX, location. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience with surveying tasks and mathematical computations associated with survey field operations. Experience in supervising survey crew operations and the ability to perform the essential duties listed below are required.

Minimum Requirements

• Graduation from high school or general education degree (GED). Vocational school, including course work in engineering technology or surveying preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Crew Leader in charge of survey crews for all aspects of surveying and types of surveys.
• Experience with Trimble Robotic and GPS equipment preferred.
• Strong verbal/communication skills with clients and office staff.
• Strong math skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
