Becky Rogers, PE, PTP, RSP
Senior Project Manager
Becky joined Neel-Schaffer in 2006 and has nearly 20 years of experience in transportation engineering and planning.
Becky serves as a Senior Project Manager for Neel-Schaffer’s office in Birmingham (AL), where she has been actively involved in roadway planning and design.
Becky has worked with many municipalities, counties, and governmental agencies, including several DOTs, FHWA, FRA, FTA, and the FAA. She has produced numerous sets of construction plans and has experience in roadway design, transportation planning, aviation planning & design, construction management, and large scale data collection and mapping projects.
Becky is a certified Professional Transportation Planner, and she holds PE registrations in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi, and South Carolina. In January 2019 she became one of the first engineers in the country to be certified as a Road Safety Professional.
Becky has been an active participant in the Institute of Transportation Engineers. She currently serves as Vice President of ITE’s Southern District and has served in all officer positions for the Alabama Section of ITE. She is also a graduate of the inaugural class of LeadershipITE.
