Senior Project Manager, Structures and Civil
Brad joined Neel-Schaffer in 2001 and has over 30 years of civil and structural engineering experience. He works in the firm’s Nashville (TN) office and serves as a Senior Project Manager, with primary responsibility for municipal client services and structural design services.
He is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control, and he holds PE registrations in 13 states: Tennessee, Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia, and West Virginia.
Before joining Neel-Schaffer, Brad worked for the Tennessee Department of Transportation for seven years in the structural division, where he designed over 30 prestressed concrete and steel bridge structures, and trained new engineers in bridge design and seismic design. Before that, he served as the City Engineer/Assistant Deputy Director of Public Works for the City of Gallatin (TN) for six years.
