Michael Volk, PE
Project Manager
Michael joined Neel-Schaffer in 2005 and serves as a Project Manager based in the Jackson (MS) Metro area.
He has more than 20 years of experience in geotechnical and civil engineering, construction materials testing, dam and levees inspection, site grading and development, roadway design and drainage, landfill construction QA/QC, and construction/pavement engineering.
Michael served as the County Engineer for Pike County (MS) from 2011 to 2012. He also worked for four years for the Mississippi Department of Transportation in the Roadway Design Division as a hydraulic engineer.
