Hoy Road Work is under way on the Hoy Road widening project, but officials involved with the much-anticipated undertaking say residents likely wont see any actual construction on the road for at least another year. Officials with Neel-Schaffer Engineering are now working with the city to come up with several designs for the project, which calls for widening a 1.5-mile stretch of Hoy Road from two to four lanes.
