Birmingham, AL., July 7, 2009 ----- Neel-Schaffer, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Mark D. McAdams, PE., to their staff located in Birmingham, Alabama.

Mr. McAdams received a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama. He possesses experience as both a transportation engineer and structural engineer. He has experience in comprehensive transportation engineering, including geometric layout of all types of roadways, drainage and erosion control design, sequence of construction, and estimating project costs. He is also well versed in the structural engineering design of modular industrial structures, retaining walls, and bridge design.
