In a meeting Tuesday, the Vicksburg Board of Mayor and Aldermen approved a SoilTech Consultants Inc. proposal to perform a geotechnical investigation and survey for the new fire station at the Vicksburg Municipal Airport on U.S. 61 South at a cost not to exceed $17,000.
