Neel-Schaffer, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Michael Volk to President of Soiltech, a geotechnical engineering subsidiary company of Neel-Schaffer. Mr. Volk is a graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and Mississippi State University where he received a Master of Science in Civil Engineering.

Mr. Volk is currently managing the reconstruction of Old Canton Road in Madison, InDeck Energy Services Bio Fuel Plant in Magnolia, and the design of a community shelter in McComb.
